Production process ——

The company has 8 automatic high and low voltage winding machines, 1 automatic production line, many static and dynamic testing equipment and 2 large-scale automatic filling equipment. Advanced automatic equipment ensures the stability and consistency in the production process, so that in the production process to fully achieve automated production, improve production efficiency and product qualification rate.

Development and testing  ——

The company has an independent and spacious laboratory and professional development team, each developed a new product will be strictly experimental. For example: High Temperature Endurance Test, hot and cold impact test, open circuit test, performance test and loading test. At present, more than 500 coils have been developed, including German, Japanese, America, Korean, European and other 5 types of models.
